The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the historical center, the main harbor, and the metro station. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the facilities were great. The staff was kind and always ready to help.

The hotel is situated in a perfect position to reach all the main areas of the city and the staff were very helpful. Thank you for reccomending the restaurant 'Il Bistro du Vin'. The meal was excellent!
The information about the hotel states that a discount can be had for parking. However this is no longer available.

The hotel is situated close to the old port area and next to the Palais de Justice.It seems to be a safe and fairly sedate area probably frequented by lawyers and civil servants. There is nothing wrong with the hotel and the staff are friendly and speak English. Rooms are on the small side but we did expect that for the price offered.

The hotel was conveniently located in the center, not too far from the metro station and other attractions like restaurants and bars. the room was quite spacious with comfortable beds. the bathroom was clean and had a bathtub. the staff were welcoming and helpful.
The mattresses were old and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Breakfast was worse than bad. I was on the third floor without no internet connection whatsoever. You advertise wifi throughout the hotel but only in reception I would much rather pay for wifi to ensure a connection. The toilette below the lift was a disgrace, no paper filthy and smelly. All in all a bad experience.

Located five minutes away from Vieux Porte area in Marseille.
No telephone; no tea-coffee making facilities; no English channels on Satellite TV.

Large comfortable rooms. Large bed. And most important, safe and nice location. 3 min to Old Town. Nice staff.
Little tricky locks on the door.

The breakfast was great with a variety of freshly baked pastries and hearty options. The location was convenient, being close to public transportation and within walking distance of the main attractions. The room was clean and had basic amenities.
The room was incredibly small, making it difficult to move around. The noise from the busy street outside was quite disruptive, making it hard to sleep at night.

The hotel was very conveniently located coming off the train into Marseilles. It is within walking distance of the old port which is the centre of night life and a beautiful spot to have dinner and enjoy the ambience. The late breakfast finish was much appreciated as we had a late night previously.

All staff unpolite they only speck french 2 days without warm water not clean dont go there.
